This is such a fun flow but is not for the faint hearted (that is why is perfect for all of our Sweaty Soul goal driven yogis!). An advanced class with intense focus on mobility that will guide you deeper on your journey to Kapotasana (king camel pose). Please listen to your body and if you are still working on basic back bending poses only go as far as your breath will allow. Stick to what feels good in YOUR body 🙂
