Personally, I find breath work to be my go to when i am feeling overwhelmed or stressed. Meditation can sometimes feel a daunting task and a lot of the time if I start with pranayama I am far more able to be in a space to meditate. This breathing practice is going to soothe and heal from the inside out. If you feel out of sorts, anxious or unable to take hold of your day, I promise this short class is the answer.
